Jack really went above and beyond from start to finish. With only a couple days notice that we wanted to list, Jack sold our house in one weekend and set a record with our sale. 

Beyond his expertise, Jack is also a just a genuinely nice person! He really went out of his way to make our sale easy and stress free for us, and has even shipped us packages that were delivered to our old house after we moved out of state!

He was very kind, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and had lots of care with each and every process along the way. After the passing of my dad it was a very emotional time and this was the hardest process of all but Jack was so caring and sensitive to my feelings I can't begin to express just how much this helped me to move forward with what we had to get done.  Jack had alot of connections to get things done which was great as we all live in other states. 

Everyone was fast, efficient, and very reasonable with their time and prices, from the repairmen to his staging crew. I can't even begin to express how much I highly recommend Jack and his team of helpers. WAY TO GO  if your in the market to sale or buy trust me Jack will not disappoint.

I don't usually write reviews but after reading other reviews about Jack, I decided to go with him. I can't tell you how happy I was with my decision. I was in a very complicated situation with selling my mom's house after she passed away. Jack was super helpful and responsive every step of the way. He was very professional and kept me informed about everything! I live far from my mom's house and never even met Jack but he was so personal and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was always just a phone call or text away. I highly recommend Jack! He is the best!! Thank you so much Jack!

My search for a Realtor was over the day I met Jack.

How do I write a review without Making Jack sounds like he is too good to be true…?  I wanted to try to find someone that is not just lip service and follows through with what they say.. Well.. A lot of them got a lot to say, but at the end.. I am just another house sale they are trying to make and get through.

So.. What about Jack?  Jack Mangin was Unique and Real.. Now.. you are probably thinking those two words don’t even go together… trust me.. My thoughts was exactly.  When I met Jack (after a few other interviews) to discuss my interest in selling my house, I was completely caught off guard by his honesty, his unconventional methods, and his confidence level.  

I want to address the confidence level real quick.  I tend to watch out for cockiness as it puts a bad taste in my mouth and I will not deal with you.  Jack was confident but not overly.  The reason I am making a point on that is because he does his homework well and gives you all the facts and data to help with the full picture of selling a house, he did not over-promise, and he followed through with everything he said “the entire time” … imagine that!  

Why using the word, Real, on Jack?  His work ethics and personality.  Jack worked with me, had my best interest in mind like I was a family member, ensuring everything is done right and proper.  Selling a house is a stressful event as is, Jack’s selling method and style broke it all down for me to see how and why it will work.  How do you take stress away? By showing and doing what you say you would do.  That’s exactly how Jack reduced my stress level, he did what he say he would do and kept me informed every step of the way.  

Why using the word, Unique, on Jack?  Jack doesn’t try to over promise you so you will pick him to sell your house.  Everyone’s situation and market is not going to be the same, Jack is creative and thinks outside of the box.  Let’s just say, from all of the facts, data, unique methods, strategic thinking and execution, and effective communication.. I was in escrow within a week and sold my house over the listing price.  Sold!

Jack broke a record for a sale price in our neighborhood.

Everyone knows a realtor or has one recommended to them. However, not all are created equal.

By word of mouth, a close friend recommended Jack Mangin to sell our house. This was a very important sale for us as we are planning to retire in the near future and did not want to have just anyone come in to be mediocre or non responsive. I expect quality.

From the very first phone call to the last signature on the documents, Jack provided us with insight, sound advice, emotional support, timely updates, and amazing service. I'm seldom impressed these days with promises of incredible results, but Jack actually delivered for us by breaking a record for a sale price in our neighborhood. I wouldn't be writing this review if I felt he only gave 90%

We had a few issues with the house. Jack made some recommendations that truthfully, at first, I balked at. We went with it and took his advice which as it turned out, was a wise and pivotal choice.

Jack doesn't sugar coat things. He's honest and to the point....he took care of us to a level that truly did exceed our expectations. If you are either buying or selling,  Jack will be behind you 100% with your best interests in mind.

Jack was incredibly assertive in the marketing of my townhouse in Torrance.  After agreeing on a listing price, he called that night to let me know that he had a couple who wanted to see the property.  This same couple made an offer 30K above the asking price two hours before the property went on the MLS.  Needless to say, we never even bothered with an open house.  Jack is incredibly detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and even dug in to help with decluttering the day before the scheduled open house.  He went beyond what I would have expected from a realtor and offered to take items from the garage that didn't fit in the moving van. He is my Realtor for life and helped me navigate the selling and moving process.
